Chef Damodran launches “Gold Aappam” at Nalas Aappa Kadai:

Nalas Aappa Kadai was started in 2007 at Velachery and later grew up in a large scale increasing its outlet to thirteen. Nalas Aappa Kadai has gained a good name in the hotel industry with its different varieties of Aappams and now it has gained an added advantage by applying edible gold foil in its Aappam named as “Nalas Gold Aappam”. Nalas Gold Aappam was launched at its T.Nagar outlet by the famous Chef.Damodran. Damodran who cooked and launched Nalas Gold Aappam tasted the same and appreciated that the Aappam was tasty and its recipe was good.

Mr. Ramesh, Managing Director of Nalas Aappa Kadai who addressed the press said that the gold used in preparing the Aappam was of edible grade and assured that it would not create any side effects. He said that consumption of edible gold was good to health. Mr.Ramesh said that initially Nalas Gold Aappam would be available at T.Nagar outlet and later on in other outlets. He also said that they are planning to open their new outlets out of India at Paris, UAE and other cities.
