403 Win GRT Jewellers Tallest Bangle Mela:

GRT Jewellers recently organised the second season of the Tallest Bangle Mela contest. The second edition of the GRT Tallest Bangle Mela received an overwhelming response from customers at GRT showrooms across South India. Over 1 lakh participants across South India took part in this fun yet challenging activity that saw customers trying to stack up bangles in an effort to create the tallest bangle of the day. 403 winners were awarded with a 5 gm Gold bangle (worth approximately Rs 16,500 each).

Speaking at the prize distribution ceremony where customers received the bangles, Mr. G R Ananthapadmanabhan, MD, GRT Jewellers said – “We are absolutely delighted with the response for this unique event in only its second year. Any customer who made a purchase of gold jewellery was eligible to take part in this exciting contest and had to stack up maximum number of bangles within the stipulated time of one minute. In addition to purchasing gold, customers also had the opportunity to win a gold bangle every day in each of our 13 showrooms during the promotion”.

Also speaking on the occasion Mr. G R. Radhakrishnan, MD, GRT Jewellers said, “The contest evoked a tremendous response among our customers in Chennai where we had a total of 186 winning participants from the total of 403 winners across South India. All our showrooms had a festive atmosphere as customers experienced the joy and thrill of taking part in this unique contest.
