V4 Group consists of four renowned PRO’s of the tamil film industry, namely Diamond Babu, Mounam Ravi, Singaravel and Riaz. Diamond Babu has recently been elected as the President of Tamil Film PRO’s Union. He is currently the PRO for Prabhu, Vikram Prabhu, Prakash Raj and few other artistes. He also works as PRO for Jaya TV. Mounam Ravi is one of the leading PRO in the tamil film industry. He has worked as PRO for more than 800 films. Singaravel works as PRO for Radhika, Radha Ravi and others. He also works for few tamil movies. Riaz is currently working as PRO for Super Star Rajnikanth, Dhanush, Soundarya Dhanush and has worked as PRO for successfully films namely, Yengeyum Eppodhum, Three and many. His current project is the most awaited film Thuppakki starred by Ilaya Thalapathy Vijay and Directed by A.R.Murugadoss.
Diamond Babu, Mounam Ravi, Singaravel and Riaz are close associates and work without any ego and work together for the projects of any of theirs. Diamond Babu is the son of veteran cinema journalist “Film News” Anandan. Diamond Babu is said to have close rapport with top persons in the tamil film industry and hence many look out for him.
During the regime of AIADMK from 2001 to 2006, he worked on many programs for Jaya TV. During the regime of DMK from 2006 to 2011, he worked on many programs for Kalignar TV and Captain TV and reduced his work with Jaya TV. Again after the takeover of state government by AIADMK in Tamil Nadu, he discontinued his work with Kalaignar TV and Captain TV and started to serve as PRO for many programs of Jaya TV.
V4 Group has now taken charge as PRO for Sun Music and Diamond Babu is one among the four in V4 Group. Now Diamond Babu would play the role of PRO for Jaya TV and Sun Music.
